Service Description

A craniosacral therapy session involves the therapist placing their hands on the patients head, neck, low back, and abdomen, which allows them to tune into the craniosacral system and assess how the body is functioning. By gently working with the spine, the skull and its cranial sutures, diaphragms, and fascia, the movement of cerebrospinal fluid can be optimized, and misaligned bones are restored to their proper position and function.
